About Emma Palmer

Before launching her design consultancy Emma Palmer worked in the West End of London within the media industry for Emap Advertising, Hello Magazine and The Telegraph Newspaper Group for six years.

The experience of working within this cut-throat, time pressured environment allowed Emma to build up a strong skill-set to take with her onto the next phase of her career – where her real passion lay, interiors. She is renowned for her excellent client relationships, time and project management skills and tough negotiation with suppliers to ensure the best possible prices for her clients.

After re-training at the prestigious KLC School of Design she worked for The Dining Chair Company before leaving to launch Emma Victoria Interior Design.

Signature Style

Emma’s style approach is elegant simplicity, with classic lines and understated luxury. Not keen on the overtly fussy and dark pattern on pattern combinations of very traditional design as well as the clinical and cold super modern, preferring to incorporate a careful balance of colour, texture, pattern and plain. Textures are to be tactile, comfort a priority and function a necessity.

Every client’s needs are unique but ensuring a room has a defined personality and purpose is the key to achieving a successful scheme. She believes that quality materials are the essential ingredient to making a room a pleasure to be in.

The organic nature of the interior design process means that ideas will develop and change over time. Emma works with her cients to ensure the room is a true reflection of their personality and styles, her role is to guide and advise on how to get there.

Personal Service

Emma deliberately focuses on private residential projects only to ensure that personal one-on-one feel.

“I have a passion for beautiful interiors and my clients have a passion for their homes. Creating the right solution for something so personal is infinitely more rewarding than working for big faceless companies or developers”.

Emma has completed renovation projects on a number of private residences within and around London including Balham, Battersea, Brixton, Clapham, Putney, Tooting and Wandsworth.
