Balham
This project consisted of a full re-design and complete renovation of this client’s priciple suite. Inspired by the most recent White Lotus show they wanted relaxing and calm luxury, akin to a 5 star suite at home, which we were delighted to deliver.

Storage was a number one priority for this client. Previously they had standard wardrobes in the alcoves which offered limited space. We designed a stunning full width and full height wardrobe around the chimney breast wall which offered multiple options for shelving, extra large drawers and hanging space, as well as extra storage above the main wardrobes. We used a beautiful woven wallcovering from Phillip Jefferies on the front panels which added a beautiful texture and was on point with the luxury hotel vibe.

Bathroom
This bathroom was designed to feel luxurious yet understated with elegant simplicity and beautiful hand finished natural materials. We achieved this by using hand cut terracotta clay tiles on the lower half of the walls, in all their irregular glory. The rest of the room we wrapped micro cement in a earthy warm sand colour. To elevate the space to suite status we created an extra large 140cm wide shower with a full floor to ceiling, frameless fixed shower screen.

Special Details
We loved the warm and textural palette created by the mixing of microcement and terracotta tiles, but we also wanted to give a pop of colour. These light fittings from Mullan Lighting were the perfect addition. Formed from ceramic, the shade is finished in a Blue Earth glaze, defined by layered tones of blue that create a fluid, organic pattern reminiscent of moving water
