Cinema Room
As part of the Dulwich project we created a cinema and playroom in the brand new basement area which was a real showstopper. We sourced the inkiest of blues to replicate the night sky, Nightfishing by Sanderson paints and fully colour drenched the room. This was to be a fun family space so we added an illustrated art mural from Villa Nova onto the sliding doors so when closed it looked like they were watching from a New York penthouse.

Leading out from the cinema room was a playroom and study area with lots of built in storage and cosy nook-type seating. Fully upholstered in a peach coloured linen.

There was a secondary playspace for the gymnast and dance enthusiast kids which included their very own trapeze, bespoke bar holders across the entrance and a huge wall mirror with lots of space for practising their skills and making Tik Toks!

Special Details
Of the hundreds of items sourced for this project this popcorn machine was our favourite! It gave the cinema room a lovely vintage feel, and the pop of red and yellow looked fab against the dark walls, delivering the full VIP movie experience.
